10th Annual Lantern Festival. Forest Hills Cemetery. Jamaica Plain. 6:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. Make paper lanterns and set them afloat on the peaceful waters of a small lake in a ritual based on a traditional Japanese festival to honor one’s ancestors.
